Sausage Fest 2017 Competition Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Win a Meat/Poultry pack every month for a year worth $500 ( increase to $1,000 if a subscriber wins.)

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia who are 18 years of age and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies (traders) associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. To enter for the $500 prize, each entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
   1. complete the competition entry form in full, providing name, email address, and their vote for the best Market snag.
   2. To be eligible for the prize to increase to $1000, each entrant must do the above AND:
   3. Tick the box to subscribe to the Prahran Market e-newsletter.
4. Regardless of which prize the entrant is eligible for they also must:
   1. Only enter the competition once – any entrants with multiple entries will be disqualified.
   2. be available to pick up the monthly prize from Prahran Market (163 Commercial Road, South Yarra, 3141) each month for 12 months (or send somebody else in their place).
5. The promotion commences at 1pm AEST on 29^th January 2016 and closes at 3pm AEST on 29th February 2016 (“Promotional Period”).
6. 5he winner will be drawn at Prahran Market, 163 Commercial Road, South Yarra 3141 on Monday 30^th January at 10.00am AEST.
7.  The winner will be announced at 12noon AEST on 31^st January  2016 at 163 Commercial Road, South Yarra.   All entry form questions must be answered in order for an entry to be valid. The winner will be notified on the 31st of January 2017 by email.

9. Prize Collection
10. There will be a meat/poultry pack available to the winner for collection each month between February 2017 and January 2018 (12 in total).
11. In order to collect the monthly pack, the winner must be give Prahran Market 2 business days notice of collection date and time each month.
12. If the winner cannot for some reason, pick up the meat/poultry pack for any given month, that month’s prize will be void.
13. Pick ups can only occur on Market Days.
14. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.  The contents of each pack will be at the discretion of the butcher/poulterer providing the pack for that month.   The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
16. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various authorities
17. The name of winner and their winning entry will be published on www.prahranmarket.com.au.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity and/or university enrolment and course being studied for, residential address of winners and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
19. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
20. Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
