Celebrate the festive season by making this centrepiece worthy trifle. I created this recipe in collaboration with Prahran Market, starring beautiful fresh and seasonal peaches, raspberries and cherries, layered with buttery rich pound cake, silky vanilla custard and fluffy lemon curd cream. You could reduce hands-on time by buying a plain cake from Sweet Greek or Stir the Pot in the Prahran Market, but I highly recommend making your own. What’s great about trifles is you can bake the cake a day in advance, as well as pre-make the custard.
