When it’s cold outside, nothing will quite warm you up like a bowl of steaming hot ragu (and short rib ragu takes it to the next level!)! So when ‘Sourced and Seasoned’ contributor, Renée (Hungry Bear Grazing), stopped by our amazing butcher, Ian’s Quality Meats and picked up some versatile beef short ribs to create her own version, we were excited to say the least!
This Red Wine Short Rib Ragu is hands down one of my favourite Winter pasta dishes. I’ve made many different versions over the years but this combo hits the spot each and every time. This hearty recipe will make you feel cosy from the inside out during the cooler months. A creation that is not only simple to make but I guarantee EVERYONE will adore it.
