This month’s send-out to the A Team was a pretty tasty one, even if we do say so ourselves.
A beautiful chunk of Holy Goat La Luna cheese, some fresh asparagus, golden pecans, freshly picked ‘backyard’ lemons and some gorgeous native finger limes were all included and we were pretty excited to see what recipes would be created.

The pairing of seafood, both prawns, and scallops, with the finger limes, were most definitely our favourite.
