- Melt the palm fruit oil in a pan.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add flour, baking soda, oil, milk and mix through.
- Heat a waffle iron.
- Pour some of the dough in and cook until golden.
Wholegrain Waffles

Waffles are a delicious snack and breakfast options.
Ingredients
- 500gm whole grain flour from wheat or spelt, use buckwheat if you are gluten intolerant
- 1 full teaspoon of organic baking soda (use more if you want them to rise even further)
- 150 grams of palm fruit oil
- Coconut oil or butter
- 5 eggs
- 900ml milk, use soy milk if you are lactose intolerant
- 1 tablespoon of natural vanilla essence (use 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder as replacement)
