Wattleseed Chai Latte

This Wattleseed Chai recipe is a delicious variation on our favourite cup.  We'll be right back.

  • 1 tablespoon roasted & ground Wattleseed
  • 400ml milk of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons chai / 2 chai teabags
  • honey, to serve
  1. Place wattleseed, milk and chai into a saucepan and gently heat on stovetop to just below boiling point.
  2. Remove from heat and use a stick blender or transfer hot milk mixture to a food processor or blender, and process until combined and frothy.
  3. Transfer into mugs and serve with honey.
