- Place wattleseed, milk and chai into a saucepan and gently heat on stovetop to just below boiling point.
- Remove from heat and use a stick blender or transfer hot milk mixture to a food processor or blender, and process until combined and frothy.
- Transfer into mugs and serve with honey.
