- Slice watermelon into 24 2cm cubes
- Slice La Luna into 24 2cm squares about 2mm in thickness
- Cut finger limes in half and squeeze out the lime “caviar” the way you would squeeze a tube of toothpaste.
- Place the squares of cheese on top of the watermelon cubes then top each equally with the finger lime “caviar”.
- Finish with a small fennel frond on each of your watermelon canapés.
Watermelon Canapes

A deliciously fresh and vibrant canape. Makes 24.
Ingredients
- Small Seedless Watermelon (you will have watermelon left over)
- 120gm Holy Goat La Luna cheese
- 2 Finger Limes
- Fennel fronds from 1 fennel bulb
