- Place the cream cheese into a food processor and mix until creamy. Add salt, pecans and chives and process until well combined. Chill this mixture for 20 minutes.
- Make waffles (see Belgian Waffle Recipe).
- Cut waffles into triangles (four per waffle.) Fill each triangle with about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture and fold over. Chill for a further 20 minutes. To serve your waffles with cream cheese, chives and pecans, arrange on a serving tray and dust with icing sugar.
