Whisk the seeds, milk, maple syrup and vanilla beans seeds together until well combined, the seeds are all separate and there are no lumps. Refrigerate in an airtight container for a minimum of 8 hours. Overnight is better and it helps to stir occasionally.
Spoon into a shallow bowl and decorate with the berries and a few seeds and nuts for texture.
