Method
1. Chop up tomatoes and basil and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then set aside.
2. Slice bread and toast it – either under the grill or in the toaster
3. When the bread is toasted, add butter, followed by a layer of avocado
4. Top with a mixture of tomatoes, basil, and feta
5. Add more olive oil till desired and enjoy
