- Put all ingredients for your sour cherry sauce into a pot and simmer until the sauce becomes a syrup.
- Adjust the sugar, according to taste.
- Allow to cool overnight and serve with your turkey.
Sour Cherry Sauce

This is a beautiful alternative to traditional cranberry sauce that is incredibly simple to create.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of sour cherries (you can use the tinned ones)
- 6 cloves
- 1 pear grated
- 1/2 Cinnamon stick
- 2 cups of brown sugar
- Juice and zest of 1/2 orange
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
