Pecan, Pear and Holy Goat La Luna Ring Cheese Pizza

Ingredients
- Store bought Pizza base or Home made
- Thinly sliced Beurre Bosc Pear
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Holy Goat La Luna Ring Cheese
- Roughly chopped pecans
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt / Pepper / Cracked dried chilli
- Oregano
- Bunch of Rocket
- Balsamic Glaze
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Top pizza base with even coverage of mozzarella cheese
- Thinly slice pear and spread evenly over pizza
- Roughly chopped pecans and sprinkle over pear and mozzarella
- Roughly cut holy goat la luna ring cheese and place over pizza in a random fashion, concentrating on the area with the pear
- Sprinkle with Oregano and season with salt, pepper and cracked chilli
- Bake for 12-15 mins or until golden
- While still warm top this gorgeous cheese pizza with Rocket, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze
