- Blitz hummus ingredients together in high speed blender. Drizzle in ice-cold water and continue to blitz until fluffy and smooth.
- Top the hummus with your peach salad. Sprinkle with za’atar and chilli flakes. Sear haloumi in a hot pan and serve immediately.

This five-minute peach, tomato, and za'atar salad by The Brick Kitchen is served up on a bed of creamy hummus and mixed with slices of seared haloumi.
