Nectarine and Elderflower Granita

Ingredients
- 8 nectarines, thinly sliced
- 100ml elderflower cordial
- 1 lemon juice
- 1/2 vanilla pod
Method
- Freeze the Thermomix bowl for 5 minutes.
- Place the cordial in Thermomix with 600gm ice, the lemon juice and the vanilla
- Mix full speed for 1 min
- Pour the granité on the sliced fruit
