- In a blender, combine all the ingredients (except brewed coffee); cover and process until smooth.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Brew coffee.
- Gently heat the stored cream mixture.
- Pour brewed coffee in a mug and stir in ⅓ cup of the Irish Cream.
Irish Cream – Traditional

Delicious celebration drink for St Patrick's Day or any time special! Recipe yields 3 ⅓ cups of Irish Cream. Irish whiskey may be added to this recipe to taste, if desired.
Ingredients
- 340g evaporated milk
- 1 cup cream
- ½ cup milk (full fat)
- ¼ cup caster sugar
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup (refer to recipe)
- 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp almond extract
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee per serving
