- Pre-heat a bbq or grill plate over medium heat.
- Grill the watermelon for about a minute each side or until grill marks are visible. Remove and arrange the watermelon on a platter or individual plates.
- Cut the tomatoes into whatever shape you like, I normally cut them into roughly bite-sized pieces. Place them into a bowl and dress with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic and a good pinch of sea salt and freshly cracked pepper. Toss to combine and arrange them next to and on top of the watermelon.
- Crumble the feta up using your fingers and scatter over the tomatoes and watermelon along with the basil.
- Serve right away and enjoy.
