- Wash the salads in very cold water.
- Cut the figs in 8 and marinate with the soy, EVO and half the caper jar (use the remaining capers with anything savoury that needs extra salt at any time).
- Cut the bresaola slices in 1/2.
- Layer 1 leaf of radicchio, a lettuce, 3pcs figs and finish with the bresaola.
