- Preheat oven to 90°C (70°C fan-forced).
- Arrange orange slices in single layers on 2 wire racks. Bake for 1 hour 40 minutes or until orange starts to dry out but still retains colour. Reduce oven to 70°C (50°C fan-forced) and bake for a further 20 minutes or until orange is completely dry.
- Cool, then transfer to an airtight container until ready to serve.
