- Place chia seeds and coconut milk in a bowl. Stir until completely mixed together. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
- When ready to serve, top your coconut chia pudding with granola, berries and flaked coconut.

- 2½ tbs chia seeds
- ½ cup granola
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup flaked coconut
