- Break the bread into a food processor and pulse until you have a coarse consistency while maintaining texture.
- Place the crumbs onto a baking tray and pop into a 180°C pre-heated oven and toast until golden in colour, about five minutes.
- Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Use as is, or add any favourite leftovers such as fresh herbs, chillies or nuts.
