Preparing lemongrass the easy way!
Preparing lemongrass for a curry or stir fry is easy! Using this method, you’ll end up with one malleable piece of lemongrass that can be put whole into your curry- for easy removal!

Method:
- Place your piece of lemongrass on a chopping block
- Using the handle of a big knife, ‘bash’ the stalk until it becomes soft and malleable- you should be able to smell the strong lemongrass scent
- Tie it into a loose not
