Yes, we know we’ve been a bit preoccupied with all things chocolate lately. But considering this Sunday (7.5.17) is Wicked Chocolate – a festival dedicated to chocolate lovers – it’s completely justified!
So it was this thought that inspired us to ask Tobie Puttock to come up with a deliciously easy chocolate recipe that we could share with you just to get your taste buds tingling before the big day.
And when he came up with this delicious Olive Oil Chocolate Mousse we were NOT disappointed. OK, so it’s not your traditional mousse….but it’s fantastic regardless!
