For the third year in a row, we are excited to celebrate the local Truffle season. Only this time, instead of your regular Truffle Festival, we thought we’d pair it with the delectable range of charcuterie and smallgoods also available in the Market and make it a celebration instead! A match made in heaven? Quite possibly.
Join us for a one-day celebration in July and enjoy the earthy aroma of truffles while tasting locally cured and imported charcuterie – including the world’s BEST ham! Savour the flavour of truffle with French champagne and other delicious beverages, and nibble on charcuterie and hot truffled canapes and lots more.
We’ll also have back-to-back demonstrations in the Omega and Neil Perry kitchen with local chefs and our traders, plus you’ll have the opportunity to talk to the growers and producers.

And…the ticketed charcuterie experience – run by Gary’s Meats!
Enjoy a delicious charcuterie board from Gary’s Quality Meats in an exclusive area, complete with a complimentary glass of wine.
Your board will be packed full of Gary’s own hand-cured meats including three varieties of salami (fennel, hot & spicy and truffle), jamon, strasburg, wagyu pastrami, capocollo and chorizo.
All morsels are made with free-range, nitrate-free, chestnut-fed pork.
And what you can’t finish within your time slot, we will wrap up for you to take home.
