Julian Hills, Owner & Chef at the two-hatted Restaurant Navi, is bringing his pottery wheel to Market Square. This is your chance to get a behind-the-scenes look at the making of his Navi Home x Robert Gordon ceramics range.
While most know Julian for his coveted 32-seat fine diner, Navi, and his title of Good Food Chef of the Year 2023, the Fine Arts graduate is an accomplished potter – the delicate plates and tableware you are served on at Navi are handmade by Julian.
Now you can see just how they’re made.
On Saturday 26th October and Sunday 27th October, Navi Home will be set up in Market Square, with Julian at the pottery wheel giving demonstrations on the hour. You can also enjoy a cooking demo and food, all beautifully served on the ceramics range.
The made-to-order ceramics are available to purchase on the day (great Christmas gift!). See the schedule below.
