- Place leaves on a tray that has been lined with baking paper, cover with another sheet of paper and weigh that down with another tray (like a celery leaf sandwich!)
- Pop into an oven that has been pre-heated to 180C and bake for 5 to 10 mins (depending on your oven). You want to dry them out, not brown them.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool. Once completely cool the leaves will simply crumble using your fingers, pop into a jar, add an equal amount of salt and give a little shake. Store in the jar in your pantry.
