Maple syrup fruit skewers

Ingredients
- 3-4 cups worth of fruit cut into chunks. Think pears, peaches, pineapple, figs and bananas. The list is endless!
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
Method
- Soak bamboo skewers in water (this prevents them from splitting).
- Cover your fruit with the maple mixture and sit in the fridge.
- When it’s almost time to cook, ensure your barbecue is heated so the coals are white.
- Arrange your fruit on the bamboo skewers as desired.
- Grill on medium to high heat until fruit is caramelised. Serve your maple syrup fruit skewers warm. Enjoy!
