- Cook pasta according to packet instructions, drain and return to the pot to keep warm.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan, and add garlic, chilli and parsley. Turn to low to keep warm.
- Meanwhile, cook the Moreton Bay Bugs, cut side down on a hot BBQ or griddle pan for 2-3 minutes.
- Brush the cut side of the bugs with the butter mixture.
- Pour the remaining garlic butter over the pasta and toss to coat.
- Divide the pasta between four bowls and top with two halves of the Moreton Bay Bugs and serve.
- Enjoy your Moreton Bay Bug Pasta with a crisp, dry white wine.
