Indian Doughnut
- Mix all ingredients together until it looks like a thick batter
- Heat oil in a pot until it reaches 180c
- Drop a spoon of the mix into hot oil. It must resemble a little doughnut.
- Fry for 2 minutes or until golden brown and straight into saffron syrup for 10 seconds and ready to serve.
Saffron syrup
- Put all ingredients in saucepan, bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Keep warm when you use.
