Fig and Bresaola Cups

In season figs are delicious in this recipe.

  • 1 small lettuce
  • 1 radicchio
  • 8 figs
  • 8 slices bresaola
  • 1 small tin capers
  • 50ml soy
  • 50ml EVO
  1. Wash the salads in very cold water.
  2. Cut the figs in 8 and marinate with the soy, EVO and half the caper jar (use the remaining capers with anything savoury that needs extra salt at any time).
  3. Cut the bresaola slices in 1/2.
  4. Layer 1 leaf of radicchio, a lettuce, 3pcs figs and finish with the bresaola.
