For the second year running, Prahran Market will celebrate the good old-fashioned Aussie snag with its annual Sausage Fest held at the Blanco Kitchen. Last year’s winner Gary’s Quality Meats will be up against some stiff competition this time around with a stack of competing traders showcasing their very own handmade sausages, which will be cooked up by barbecue extraordinaire, Bob Hart.
2015 saw a myriad of flavours, from duck and orange to lamb and rosemary; pork and fennel and a whole lot more – what will 2016 bring?
