A guaranteed crowd pleaser that’s best served with a glass of wine and a colourful salad. Who’s hungry?! Sourced and Seasoned at Prahran Market, this recipe features a few of my favourite growers/traders, including produce from F&J Fruiterers, dairy/risotto/tomato elements from Cleo’s Deli and wine from Blackhearts & Sparrows.
