As a Market, we’re committed to finding new ways and initiatives that we can operate more sustainably in our day-to-day schedule. Many of our incredible Traders share this eco-conscious mindset, going above what’s required to help save our planet and #LoveFoodNotWaste. Among these Traders, we’re shining a light on 5 businesses who we believe are ‘Eco Champions’, leading the way for sustainable change at the Market. Over the next 10 weeks, we’ll be sharing their fantastic initiatives with you, our customers, so that you can learn more about what makes each and every one of them a Prahran Market Eco Champion.
