Summertime in Oz means cherries are readily available and oh-so-sweet, so when we sent over a bunch to Claudia Brick (The Brick Kitchen) we couldn’t wait to see the finished product. The result? This AMAZING Cherry and Chocolate Slab Pavlova, topped with mascarpone cream.
